RAIDER M ECD TOOL
The Raider M ECD tool granted by Semitool Inc. is an automated, high-performance single wafer electrochemical deposition system for 150mm wafers. It is being used by our group for scale up and development work on novel magnetic alloys. Below is a picture of the Raider ECD Tool with the Permalloy wafer.
